Brandi is the Founder and CEO of Blue Flame Leadership—a Conscious Leadership Coach, Spiritual Mentor, and Empowerment Catalyst for women ready to rise into their highest calling.
With over 25 years of experience coaching women and developing leaders, Brandi has guided high-achieving professionals, entrepreneurs, and visionaries to break strongholds, reconnect with their God-given purpose, and step boldly into the lives they were created to lead.
As a devoted Christ follower, Brandi’s work is deeply rooted in both biblical truth and metaphysical insight, shaped by over two decades of spiritual study and formal training. A lifelong learner, she holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Metaphysical Science, equipping her to guide women beyond external success and into profound spiritual alignment with their divine identity and God-given purpose.
Prior to launching her transformational programs, Brandi spent 25 years training management and leadership teams, giving her a front-row seat to the complexities, pressures, and untapped potential of women in positions of influence.
